Service scope and acceptance of terms
The platform allows browsing, searching and comparing before registration, while creating an account or submitting a purchase request requires reading and accepting the relevant terms.
Submitting a purchase request is an initial request; a specialist reviews availability and prepares a quotation, and the request alone is not a sale or reservation confirmation.
Club membership is independent of account creation and purchasing, and receiving marketing requires separate consent per channel and purpose.
Warranty and service procedures are managed through Almazen Care and its announced channels, while the store remains responsible for sales-related matters including returns, exchanges and customer rights without requiring club membership.

Eligibility and data accuracy
The store requires being 18 years old and having contractual capacity to purchase or join the club independently. This is a platform requirement, not a general legal definition of majority.
Those below that age may browse under parental supervision, and the account and contract are in the name and responsibility of the guardian or custodian.
Provide accurate data necessary for transactions and update it when it changes. When purchasing on behalf of an entity, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.

Content and intellectual property
Content, design and trademark rights belong to their owners or are used with permission; manufacturer names and products remain their owners property.
Sharing public links is allowed; commercial republication or using the logo in a way that implies partnership requires permission.
When posting a review or image, ensure you have the right to publish it and do not disclose others data. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service in context without changing its meaning.
Using your image or testimonial in a separate advertisement requires appropriate permission.
We review content that is violating, offensive, misleading or disclosing data. Reviews are not removed merely for being negative, and review-reward campaigns do not require a positive review.
Service disruption and access restriction
Functions may pause temporarily for maintenance or technical issues. Official communication channels remain available for existing orders, and outages do not cancel confirmed payments or rights.
An action may be restricted or an account suspended for a security reason or documented abuse to the extent necessary to address the cause.
We explain the reason and objection method whenever possible without harming security, and keep a path for following up orders and due amounts.
Liability, law and updates
Each partys liability is determined by its breach, proven damage and the law. The terms do not exempt fraud or anything that cannot be exempted, and do not reduce consumer rights.
Transactions are subject to the laws in force in the Republic of Yemen and its competent authorities.
We publish the effective date of amendments and notify of material changes through an appropriate channel. They apply to subsequent transactions and previous rights and agreements remain under their terms unless the law requires otherwise or the customer agrees to a specific amendment.
Continued browsing is not new consent to marketing or data processing for a new purpose.
When a general condition conflicts with a clear special condition, the special applies to its subject within the law without reducing a previously established customer right.
