Nature and purpose of the program
Welcome to the Almazen Online rewards and loyalty points program, one of the Almazen Club benefits designed to recognize loyal members and reward their continued trust.
Almazen points are not a financial commission due on a purchase or referral, and they do not represent cash that must be paid. They are a discretionary loyalty benefit we offer Almazen Club members in recognition of their trust and continued relationship with us.
Our aim is to return the value of this relationship to members in a practical and clear way, through points that can be collected and used as store credit, products, services or rewards made available by the program under its terms.
Who may earn points
Loyalty points are available to Almazen Club members registered on Almazen Online who have completed the profile requirements needed for membership.
Unregistered visitors do not earn points. They may join the Club free of charge at any time to benefit from the program.
The member account must be valid and verified. Points and rewards remain subject to verification of the related transactions.
Point value and minimum redemption

Available points may be used as purchase discount credit subject to the order terms and active offers.
A member may redeem part of the eligible balance and keep the remaining points until they are used or expire.
Almazen may offer products, services or rewards at a special points price, and their value to the member may be higher than the base cash-equivalent redemption value.
Points cannot be withdrawn as cash or converted into a payment method outside the Almazen program, unless Almazen later announces a different official feature.
Purchase points

Purchase points are calculated on the net value of eligible products after discounts, excluding shipping, other fees, and any portion paid with points or rewards.
Points are calculated in US dollars only. If payment is made in Yemeni rial or another currency, the system uses the US-dollar equivalent locked on the order at the approved exchange rate at confirmation, and that basis remains fixed for the same order.

Reviews

Review points are granted for sharing a genuine and honest review. The review does not have to be positive.
No points are granted for reviewing a product the member did not purchase.
Inviting friends: new friend registration
A member earns 20 points when a new friend registers with a genuinely verified account through that member referral link or code.
When the platform is visited through a valid referral link or code, the system keeps attribution to the first referrer for 90 days. If the visitor creates a verified account within that period, the referral is locked to that account.
Points are not granted merely for opening a referral link or starting registration. The account must be created and verified under the platform process.
The phone number must be unique and verified, and only one account is allowed per phone number. Duplicate or fictitious accounts, and referrals proven to breach program terms, are not accepted.
A new friend is linked to one referrer only. After attribution is locked and benefits start, the referrer for that account cannot be changed.
Membership-tier multipliers apply to the friend-registration reward according to the VIP tier table.
The referrer does not need the friend to complete Almazen Club membership. Creating the new account and successfully verifying the phone number is sufficient.
The friend-registration reward is applied according to the referrer tier at the time the new account is approved and verified.
Friend purchase points
The referrer earns 0.5 point per USD 1 of the friend eligible purchases for 12 months from the date of the friend first eligible purchase.
The reward is calculated on the friend net eligible purchases under the same purchase-points rules.
Referrer points are credited after the friend purchase is completed, credit conditions are met, and the applicable return period has ended.
After 12 months from the friend first eligible purchase, this reward stops for that friend.
Cancelled or returned purchases are not counted. VIP multipliers apply to the base rate according to the referrer tier at the time the transaction is credited.

Rewards are granted automatically on reaching each stage, and only the difference between the new stage and the previous stage is added.
Only friends who completed actual eligible purchases are counted.
Milestone counting restarts at the beginning of each calendar year.

The tier is determined by net eligible purchases over a 12-month period.
When a higher tier is earned, the upgrade is immediate and the earned tier remains in force for 12 months from the qualification date.
The purchase that takes a member to a higher tier is counted at the tier held before that purchase. The new tier applies to subsequent transactions.
When the tier period ends, the system reassesses the member net purchases over the previous 12 months to renew, upgrade or move the member to the appropriate tier.
The VIP multiplier applies to the product base points or the base reward. If a product grants 500 points and the member is Gold at ×1.25, the transaction points become 625.
If a member moves to a higher tier during the year, the annual friend-registration points cap rises to the new-tier cap. Amounts already earned in that year count toward it, and the cap does not restart at zero. The highest cap earned in the same year does not decrease. The cap is reset at the start of the new calendar year.
Expiry or reset of loyalty points does not affect the VIP tier. Balance and membership tier are separate systems.
VIP tiers may include additional benefits such as special offers, service priority, shipping benefits or gifts, as announced by Almazen and under the applicable policies.
Annual cap on friend-registration points
The following cap applies only to the new-friend registration reward (20 points and its tier multipliers). It does not include friend-purchase points or the 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 milestone rewards.

After the annual cap is reached, no further points are granted for registering new friends until the next calendar year begins.
The cap is recalculated from 1 January each year.
The upgrade rules set out in the VIP membership-tiers section apply to this cap.
Point crediting and lifecycle
After a purchase is confirmed, purchase points appear on the member account as Pending and cannot yet be used. After the order is completed, credit conditions are met and the applicable return period ends, the points become Available and the member may use them.
For expiry purposes, the earning year is the year in which the points became Available, not the year the order was created if the points remained pending into a later year.
If the order is cancelled in full or the product is returned in full, points earned from that transaction are cancelled automatically.
On a partial return, only the points linked to the returned portion are cancelled and the order points are recalculated.
If the member already used the earned points before they were reversed and no longer has a sufficient balance, the loyalty balance may temporarily become negative. Future points are deducted automatically until the balance returns to zero or above.
A member may use previously available points on a new order and, at the same time, earn new points on the eligible remaining order value after discounts and points use.
New points generated by the same order are not available for use in that same transaction; they follow the usual crediting cycle.
Point validity and reset
Almazen points earned in any calendar year remain valid throughout their earning year and until 31 December of the following calendar year.
Example: any points that become Available during 2026 remain valid until 31 December 2027, and any points that become Available during 2027 remain valid until 31 December 2028.
No purchase, activity or earning of new points extends the validity of older points.
On redemption, the system automatically uses the points closest to expiry first.
The system sends alerts to the registered email about 90 days, 30 days and 7 days before points expire. Almazen may use additional channels when available.
Points that expire on 31 December are cancelled automatically at the start of the following 1 January and cannot be used after expiry.
Point expiry does not affect the VIP membership tier.
How points may be redeemed
Points may be used as store credit subject to the approved minimum, or redeemed for products, services or rewards that Almazen specifies from time to time.
Offers that combine points with a cash amount, or rewards at a preferential points value, may be available within specific campaigns.
Special rewards are subject to stock, quantities and the terms of each offer.
Combining points with other offers, discounts or coupons may or may not be allowed under each offer terms, and this is shown to the member before completing the order.
How points are shown on the platform
A member can view available, pending, used, expired or soon-to-expire points through the account.
The product page or checkout shows the expected points to be earned according to the product, the member tier and the applicable terms.
The platform may show the expected points to an unregistered visitor and invite that visitor to join the Almazen Club.
The points ledger includes the reason, date and status of each movement so the member can understand the source and use of the balance.
Administrative control and abuse prevention
Points are personal and linked to the member account. They may not be transferred, sold or moved between accounts unless Almazen provides an official feature that allows this.
Almazen may cancel or correct points arising from fraud, fictitious accounts, non-compliant referrals, manipulation, technical errors, or cancelled and returned transactions.
Any manual adjustment to a points balance from the admin panel must be recorded in an audit log that includes the acting staff member, the number of points, the reason, the date and time, and the related transaction reference if any.
The balance may not be edited directly without creating a documented points movement that can later be reviewed.
Almazen may review accounts with high or unusual referral activity to verify transactions and protect the program.
General provisions
Earning rates, multipliers and rewards apply according to the terms announced at the time of the transaction.
Almazen may change the points granted on products, activities or offers, or amend or suspend the program benefits and terms, with notice to members through the available channels.
A member continued use of the program after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If a special-offer term conflicts with this policy on a specific point, the special-offer terms apply to that offer only.
